产房护士工作压力源的调查分析

A survey and analysis of work pressure source of nurses working in delivery room

[目的]了解产房护士工作中主要的压力源。[方法]采取方便抽样方法,应用改良的护士压力源调查量表对广州市3所三级甲等医院36名产房护士进行压力源调查。[结果]本组研究对象平均压力水平为2.11分±0.43分,为中等水平压力;压力源依次为产房的工作特点、工作量及时间分配问题、护理专业及工作方面的问题、产妇护理方面的问题、管理及人际关系方面的问题、工作环境及资源方面的问题;其分条目中最主要的压力源为产房工作随机性大、夜班工作量大;护理专业及工作方面的压力源与职称呈负相关(r=-0.603,P<0.05);工作量及时间分配压力源与婚姻呈正相关(r=0.619,P<0.05)。[结论]产房护士存在多方面的压力源,应重视产房护士的心理疏导。

objective：To know about the main work pressure source of nurses working in delivery room. Methods： A total of 36 nurses working in delivery room from three third - grade class - A Hospitals in Guangzhou city were in- vestigated by adopting convenient sampling method and filling out modified Nurses Job Stressors Questionnaires. Results： The average pressure level of work pressure source of this group nurses was 2.11±0.43, which was moderate level pressure. The pressure sources in order were the work features of delivery room, workload and time allocation problems, problems in nursing pro- fession and work, nursing care of parturient, management and interpersonal relations, and problems in work environment and resource. The main pressure sources in branch items were the quite randomness and high work load of night shift of nurses working in delivery room. Pressure sources of nursing specialty and nursing work of nurses were negatively correlated with their professional title （r=-0. 603, P〈0. 05）. The work load and time-assignment pressure source of nurses were positively correlated with their marriage （r=0.619,P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Nurses working in delivery room have many-sided pressure sources. One should pay more attention on psychological dredge for nurses working in delivery room.
