肝切除与肝移植术后并发症的防治体会 被引量：1

摘要 随着肝脏外科的发展，肝切除术已成为肝脏良恶性疾病的有效治疗方法，但肝切除术可引起多种并发症，其发生率可达40％。与此同时，原位肝移植术也发展为治疗终末期肝病的：有效手段，Robert等怛剖报道肝移植术1年生存率可超过95％，5年存活率可达75％。然而，尽管肝移植技木不断改进，新型免疫抑制剂不断更新，但是肝移植术后并发症发生率仍然较高，成为影响肝移植远期效果的关键问题。本文拟结合作者经验对肝切除与肝移植术后并发症做以下论述。
