掌握学习法在《护理学基础》技能教学中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨掌握学习法对《护理学基础》技能教学效果的影响。方法采用抛币法将2008级中护4班(45人)选为观察组,3班(44人)作为对照组。观察组护生在《护理学基础》技能教学中采用掌握学习法教学;对照组护生采用传统教学方法教学。结果观察组铺备用床、无菌技术、穿脱隔离衣、口腔护理、测量生命体征考核得分以及对技能教学方法的评价显著高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论掌握学习法能提高护生护理操作技能,提高护生对护理操作技能学习的主动性和积极性。 Objective To explore the effect of mastery learning used in teaching skills in Fundamentals of Nursing. Methods Totally, 89 nursing students of Grade 2008 were randomized into a control group(n=44) and an observation group(n=45). In the courses of teaching nursing skills in Fundamentals of Nursing, the control group was used traditional teaching methods, while their coun- terparts in the observation group adopted mastery learning. Results The scores of making an unoccupied bed, aseptic technique, re- moval and donning the gown, oral hygiene and measurement of vital signs in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and students in the observation group appraised teaching method positively (P〈0.05, P〈0.01). Conclusion Mastery learning can improve studentst nursing skills and boost their learning initiative and enthusiasm.
