摘要
学习型组织是一种具有"生产"新知识、新理念、新思维功能的精神文化观念与柔性化管理相结合的组织理论。其关键问题是构建科学有效的学习机制。我们认为,科学有效的学习机制应包括学习子系统、人员子系统、组织子系统、知识子系统与技术子系统,在这五个子系统中,学习子系统起主导作用,贯穿于其他四个子系统,其他四个子系统相互之间具有联系,同时都对学习子系统具有支持作用。
study-oriented organization is the combination of spiritual cultural perception and flexible management which is producing new knowledge, new theory and new thinking.The focus is to build effective learning mechanism.The article sug- gests that effective learning mechanism include learning subsystem, staff subsystem, organization subsystem, knowledge subsystem and technology subsystem. The learning subsystem is playing the leading role and running through the other four subsystems which react and support learning subsystem.
