盾构隧道施工应重视的工程环境灾害问题——从土仓内不明气体爆燃事故引发的思考 被引量:4

摘要 2008年4月15日广州地铁一区间隧道在盾构开仓过程中发生不明气体爆燃事故,事后对紧急封闭的土仓内气体进行了成份与浓度的检测,并对隧道所处的地质环境与工程环境进行了分析,由此提出了盾构隧道的工程环境灾害问题,并针对盾构施工类似问题制定了相应的防范措施。建议今后盾构隧道施工中必须注意环境可能形成的工程灾害—工程环境灾害,并对相关规范进行完善。 On April 15, 2008, an unidentified gas explosion accident happened during shield tunnel construction for Guangzhou metro, during the process of earth chamber opening. Immediately after the explosion, gas detection was carried out to examine gas composition and density. Analysis of the geological and engineering environments was also conducted. Based on the experience of this accident, problems of engineering environment disaster in shield tunneling are put forward, and corresponding preventive measures proposed. The accident suggests that due attention should be paid to possible engineering environment disaster during shield tunneling, and that improvement and modification should also be made to conform with relevant tunnel construction rules and specifications.
