摘要
在知识经济时代,知识以及创造知识和运用知识的能力,已经成为企业获得可持续竞争优势的关键因素。运用企业知识理论,从知识及知识创新过程入手,对组织知识创新体系及其运营机制进行研究。组织知识创新体系由3个部分组成:知识创新过程(SECI)、巴和知识资产,这3个部分相互作用,形成知识创新的螺旋上升运动。组织知识创新体系要有效率地运转,必须从决策机制、动力机制以及保障机制3个方面构建行之有效的运营机制。
In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge and the ability to create and use knowledge are the key factors for enterprises to obtain sustainable competitive advantages. Proceeding from the knowledge and the knowledge innovation process, this paper studies the organizational knowledge innovation system and its operating mechanism by the use of the theory of enterprise knowledge. The organizational knowledge innovation system is com- posed of 3 parts： knowledge innovation process （SECI）, ba and knowledge assets. The 3 parts interact with each other and form the spiral rising movement of knowledge innovation. To make the organizational knowledge innovation system operate efficiently, it＇s necessary to construct an effective operating mechanism, including decision-making mechanism, motivation mechanism and guarantee mechanism.
