试论新环境下情报研究的科学技术性

On the Scientific and Technical Characters of Intelligence Analysis in the New Environment

随着高新技术的迅速发展、信息总量的日益膨胀、信息需求的逐步深化,情报研究的性质与任务也发生了很大的变化。在新的信息环境下,情报研究的科学技术性主要体现在知识创新和知识服务上,通过知识转化和知识发现,实现知识创新,提供能够支持决策和解决问题的知识服务,是新时期情报研究的本质,也是情报研究的总体要求和总体任务。

With the rapid development of high technologies, the daily expansion of the total amount of information, and the gradual deepening of information demand, great changes have taken place in the nature and mission of intelligence analysis. This paper thinks that in the new information environment, the scientific and technical characters of intelligence analysis is mainly embodied in knowledge innovation and knowledge service. To achieve knowledge innovation through knowledge transformation and knowledge discovery and to provide knowledge service capable of supporting decision-making and resolving problems are the essence as well as the general requirement and mission of intelligence analysis in the new period.
