Innovation of Digital Reference Service Model in the Cloud Computing Environment

结合云计算的内涵、功能,探讨了云计算环境下的数字参考咨询服务的变革思路,给出了云计算环境下以用户体验为中心的数字参考咨询服务模式及数字参考咨询个性化信息服务模式,以期对云计算在我国图书馆数字参考咨询应用中起到一定参考作用。

Integrating with the connotation and function of cloud computing, this paper discusses the thinking on the innovation of digital reference service in the cloud computing environment, and gives the digital reference service model and the individual information service model for digital reference service in the cloud computing environment with the user experience as the center. The paper attempts to play a reference role in applying cloud computing in library digital reference service in China.
