摘要
前言大客户是指对企业具有战略意义的客户,是企业的忠实和核心客户,是客户金字塔结构的顶端。大客户管理就是为客户提供优质的产品和一流的服务,以此来满足其个性化需求,从而建立长期、稳定、高效。
Combined with the characteristics of Jigang key account and developing marketing demands, following the Enterprise Nuclear Value Concept-Respectable, Reliable, Mutual-Creation and Win-Win, through implementing marketing innovation, establishing market development and service group, consummating order evaluation and check-up system,strengthening key account management and learning organization construction, continuously improving the delivery and after service of product, the establishing process of key account management team is analyzed in this paper.
