摘要
该文综述了拱桥吊杆损伤退化机理及其剩余寿命评估方法。通过对吊杆病害、荷载行为及损伤演化模型的概括总结得出:护套损伤演化、钢丝锈蚀和开裂是吊杆损伤退化的主要机理,温度和桥面振动是导致吊杆损伤退化的关键因素。吊杆承载力及寿命评估可根据锈蚀检测结果,采用脆性钢丝模型假设,将吊杆视为串并联系统,用极值Ⅲ型分布或蒙特卡罗法模拟。针对实桥检测、监测、诊断和评估等方面碰到的诸多问题,提出了新的研究路线。
The article summarizes the damage degenerating mechanism of the arched bridge suspender and the evaluation method of its surplus life. After summarizing the suspender disease, loading action and damage evolving model, the article makes clear that the damage evolvement of jacket, and the rusty and cracking of steel wire are the main mechanisms for the damage degeneration of suspender, and the temperature and deck vibration are the key factors to lead the damage degeneration of suspender. The evaluation of bearing capacity and life of suspender can be based on the rusty inspecting test result. It is supposed to use the brittleness steel wire model. The suspender is regarded as the series-parallel connection system, distributed by the extremum Type III or simulated by Monte Carlo Method. In view of many problems met in the bridge inspecting test, monitoring, diagnosing and evaluation, the article puts forward new study way.
