National Hygienical Conference was held in Beijing on January 5th and 6th, 2010. This conference has outlined the main policies of healthcare reform in China, including promoting the establishment of Basic Medicine System, improving New Type Rural Cooperative Healthcare System, and implementing pilot project of public hospital reform.
