摘要
应该培训谁?培训什么?由谁承担培训?这几个问题一直被认为是校长培训的核心问题。美国校长培训在这三个方面进行了有益的探索,但至今仍然存在争议.未能达成共识。美国校长培训的历程对我国校长培训具有积极的借鉴意义。
