美国校长培训历程述评 被引量：3

摘要 应该培训谁？培训什么？由谁承担培训？这几个问题一直被认为是校长培训的核心问题。美国校长培训在这三个方面进行了有益的探索，但至今仍然存在争议．未能达成共识。美国校长培训的历程对我国校长培训具有积极的借鉴意义。
