摘要 目的研究Survivin、p53蛋白在卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织中的表达及这两种蛋白在上皮性卵巢癌诊断、预后中的意义。方法采用免疫组化二步法检测Survivin、p53蛋白在15例良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤和69例恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织中的表达情况。结果①Survivin蛋白在恶性和良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的阳性表达率分别为60.9%,6.7%(P<0.05);p53蛋白在卵巢上皮性癌中的表达率为43.5%,在良性肿瘤中的表达率为13.3%(P<0.05)。两蛋白的阳性表达与卵巢上皮性肿瘤的良恶性、临床分期、组织学分级和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。②Survivin和p53蛋白的阳性表达率有显著相关性(r=0.464,P<0.05)。结论Survivin和p53蛋白表达水平增高可能与上皮性卵巢癌的发生、发展有关,可为卵巢癌的诊断、预后判断提供理论依据,且二者在卵巢上皮性癌的癌变中可能存在协同作用。 Objective To study the expression of Survivin and p53 protein in epithelial ovarian tumor tissues and their clinical significance. Methods The expression of Survivin and p53 was evaluated in 15 cases of benign epithelial ovarian tumors and 69 cases of epithelial ovarian cancel: by immunohistoehemieal 2-step technique. Results (1)The positive rates of Survivin in the epithelial ovarian cancer and the benign epithelial ovarian tumor were 60. 9% ,6.7% ( P 〈 0.05 ) and p53 were 43.5% , 13.3% ( P 〈 0.05 ), respectively. The positive expression of the two proteins was significantly correlated with the property of a tumor( benign or malignant), clinical stage ,the histological grade and lymphonodes metastasis of epithelial ovarian tumor(P 〈 0.05 ). (2)The expression of Survivin in epithelial ovarian cancer tissues was strongly correlated with that of p53 ( r = 0. 464,P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions The overexpression of Survivin and p53 suggests that they may play an impor tant role in the pathogenesis and development of epithelial ovarian cancer. Diagnosis and prognosis of the epithelial ovarian cancer can be carried out theoretieally on the basis of this. Additionally, they may play a role in the pathogenesis of epithelial ovarian cancer together.
