支气管哮喘患者应用无创正压通气的临床探讨 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨支气管哮喘患者应用无创正压通气(NPPV)的临床疗效。方法104例支气管哮喘患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各16例在抗感染、平喘、激素等常规治疗的基础上,给予NPPV。并在通气前、后2h分别取其具体数值进行统计。结果经NPPV治疗后,治疗组各项指标与对照组比较均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论NPPV能迅速改善哮喘患者发作时的缺氧状态、缓解呼吸肌疲劳、临床症状明显缓解,患者耐受性好、乐于接受,值得临床推广。
