摘要
杀配子染色体是一类具有优先传递效应的染色体,其作用机制是当其处于半合状态时引起非杀配子染色体的断裂和重接,从而导致生物的变异.不同来源的杀配子染色体作用强度不同.杀配子基因的抑制基因可以减弱杀配子效应的强度,对诱发变异和保持变异材料的育性有重要作用.本文还对含有杀配子抑制基因的杀配子材料的应用作了综述.
Gametocidal chromosomes show preferentially transmitted effect. The mechanism is that they can induce other chromosome break and rearrangement when they are heterozygous. So, it is a factor of induce mutation And their function effect varys in accordance with their sources. The suppressor of gamitocidal genes can decrease the garnetocidal effect , which play important roles in inducing variation and keeping fertility of mutant materials. The application of gamitocidal materials containing suppressor gene was reviewed in this article.
