摘要
城郊结合部土地利用具有过渡性,本文以南京市红花街道和东山街道北片为例,在概括该区域土地利用特点的基础上,从城市化的影响、交通和地价等因素影响形成的经济效应等方面分析城郊结合部土地利用,进而对该地区今后土地利用提出建议.
The land use in urban-rural linkage area has transitional features. Taking Honghua Neighborhood and the north part of Dongshan Neighborhood as examples, in this article the authors recommended on the land use in these areas in the future, before which an analysis on land use in the urban-rural linkage area from the following perspectives as urbanization, transport and the land prices is presented, on the basis of the features of the land use.
