锁定加压接骨板系统（LCD）治疗肱骨近端骨折

Locking Compreession Plate for Proximal Humerus Fractures

目的：探讨应用锁定加压接骨板系统（the lock compression plate，LCP）治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效。[方法]2006年6月2009年3月，采用LCP治疗25例肱骨近端骨折。男18例，女7例；年龄3576岁．平均42．8岁。按Neer分类法，二部分骨折15例；三部分骨折8例。术后第3天肩关节适量被动活动，1周后开始主动活动，2周后加强功能锻炼。【结果】本组25例手术患者均获得814个月的随访，平均12．5个月，骨折12个月内全部愈合。按照Neer评分标准，功能优15例，良为7例，中为3例，优良率为88％。【结论】锁定接骨板治疗肱骨近端骨折手术简单、固定可靠、并发症少、骨折愈合率高特别是老年骨质疏松患者首选治疗方法。

[ Objective ] To report the clinical results of application of locking compression platein treatment of proximal humerus fractures. [ Methods] A retrospectve study was done on 25cases of proximal fractures treated with LCP from june 2006 to may 2009. There were 18 male and 7 female ,with age of 35 - 76 year（ mean 42.8 year）. Accoeding to Neer classification, 15 cases were two- part fractures,8 cases werethere - part fractures. Shoulder exercise should be performed passively therr days after operation. One week after operation ,active should exercise was done, which was gradually intensified two weeks after operation. [ Result ] 25 cases were followed up for 8 - 14 months,average 12.5months,aU fractures were union in 12 monts. By Neer system ,there were 15 excellent cases ,7 good cases and 3 fair cases. The excellent and good rate was 88%. [ Conclusion ] Lock compression plate is a simple and minimally invasive device which results in fewer complications and satisfactory bone union rate , especially as far as aged patients with osteopersis are concered.
