摘要
目的：探讨综合护理对颅脑损伤患者的临床应用价值。方法：将120例患者随机分为综合护理组和基础护理组，每组60例。基础护理组采用常规护理，综合护理组在常规护理的基础上采用循证医学、心理、康复结合的综合护理方法。比较2组患者的住院时间、并发症发生情况和病死率。结果：2组患者住院时间，并发症发生率和死亡率间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：综合护理对颅脑损伤患者康复有很大作用，值得临床推广。
Objective：To explore integrated care for patients with traumatic brain injury clinical application. Metheds： 120 patients were randomly divided into comprehensive care group and primary care groups,each with 60 cases. Primary care group were treated with routine cane, integrated care group based on the use of routine care, evidence - based medicine, psychology, rehabilitation, integration of comprehensive care approach. Comparison of two groups of patients hospitalization time, and caused the occurrence and mortality. Results ： 2 patients length of stay, complication rate and mortality rate difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclnsion integrated care for patients with traumatic brain injury rehabilitation plays a significant role, worthy to be popularized.
