摘要
目的：探讨妇产科失血性休克手术的护理要点。方法：对本院2006年2月～2009年12月间的91例失血性休克患者手术的护理进行回顾性分析并总结其护理要点。结果：所有患者均在积极抗休克治疗的同时行急诊手术。经过救治护理。全部91例病患均治愈出院。结论：对于妇产科失血性休克患者来说，术前建立有效的静脉通路，术中认真观察患者生命体征和尿量的变化以及配合手术医师，缩短手术时间，是成功救治患者的护理关键。
Objective： To discuss and summarize the clinical nursing for hemorrhagic shock patients in obsteric. Methods： 91 cases of hemorrhagic patients in hospital from 2006 to 2009 were retrospectively analysed. Their nursing methods have been involved. Results ： all patients were successfully recovered and leave the hospital after clinical treatment and effective nursing. Conclusion ： as to hemorrhagic shock patients, to build effective vein pass -way before the treatment, to observe the patients＇life parameters and changes of piss, and to cooperative the clinical doctor. Is the key of nursing for successfully treatment.
