摘要
用琼扩(AGID)试验每月1次检查绵羊慢病毒(OcLV)北疆株(NXJstrain)血清学阳性羊的抗体应答的转换。2头受试公羊和8头母羊分别连续检查6个月和13~15个月。10头受试羊中有7头的对病毒核心蛋白(p26)的抗体(外线)与对病毒包膜糖蛋白(gp135)的抗体(内线)以及与同时对p26和gp135二者的抗体(双线)发生转换。30%~50%的受试羊在一次性琼扩试验检查时只出现外线,3头血清学可疑羊在2~3月后全部血清学转阳。作者等还对抗体应答转换的原因和琼扩试剂的合格性进行了讨论。
The shift of antibody response to ovine Lentivirus (OvLV) (Northern XinJiang strain) in seropositive sheep was detected once a month by AGID,2 seropositive rams and 8 seropositive ewes were tested continually for six months and thirteen to fifteen months respectively of ten sheep tested,seven ewes's antibodies to OvLV were shifted among the antibodies to OvLV core protein p26 (outer line),the antibodies to OvLV enveloped glycoprotein gp135 (inner line) and the antibodies to both p26 and gp135 (double lones).30 ̄50% seropositive sheep had the antibodies to OvLV core protein p26 (outer line) only in a single serologic survey.Three suspicious sheep became seropositive three months later.The authors also discussed the cause of the shift of antibody response and the competence of the reagent of AGID.
