摘要
利用MM200型磨损试验机研究了氧-乙炔焰镍基碳化钨喷熔层的磨粒磨损和抗咬合特性,并与硼化物层进行了比较。结果表明,由于镍基碳化钨喷熔层具有硬质相弥散均匀分布于高强韧性镍基固溶体中的组织结构,故与硼化物层相比,具有较高的抗磨粒磨损性能和抗咬合性。研究结果对于农业机械零件表面强化工艺的选择和修复具有指导作用。
The abrasion and scuffing behaviour of Ni base spray welded coating containing WC by oxygen acetylene was studied and compared with those of boride layer using a MM200 wear tester. The results showed that the abrasion and scuffing resistance of Ni base spray welded coating containing WC are improved and better than those of boride layer because of its fine microstructure,WC and other hard phase in small and even particles inlaying the Ni base solution with high strength and toughness. The research is of an important meaning for selecting the strengthening and repairing technology of the spare parts in agricultural machinery.
