三踝骨折应用可吸收螺钉内固定治疗的治疗体会

Treatment of Cotton Fracture Using Absorbable Screw for Internal Fixation

目的探讨三踝骨折应用可吸收螺钉内固定治疗的临床治疗方法和疗效。方法采用切开复位可吸收螺钉内固定术治疗踝关节三踝骨折38例,术后康复治疗。按美国足踝外科协会改良评分标准评价踝关节功能。结果38例均获得随访,优20例,良12例,可6例,差0例,优良率84.2%。结论三踝骨折切开复位,以可吸收螺钉固定有满意的临床疗效。

Objective To study the effect and outcome of 38 patients with ankle joint fracture （ cotton fracture ） underwent internal fixation with absorbable screw. Methods 38 patients with ankle joint fracture were treated by open reduction and internal fixation with absorbable screw. Results All patients were followed up for 12-36 months, 18 months on average. All were valued on Modified Rating Scale of the American Foot and Ankle Society, it shows 20 are excellent, 12 are good. 6 are fair, and none are poor. The total rate from good to excellent is 84. 2%. Conclusion Exact reduction,internal fixation with absorbable screw lead to satisfied clinical outcome.
