针灸联合丹红注射液治疗脑梗死的疗效观察

目的探索改善脑卒中患者上肢活动能力,日常生活能力、平衡功能及神经功能恢复的有效方法。方法将78例患者分为两组,即针灸组、综合组。结果两组治疗前后相比,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论针刺治疗配合康复训练极大改善脑卒中患者的机能恢复,是目前治疗脑卒中的有效途径之一。

Objective To explore the activities to improve the capacity of the upper limbs of stroke patients, activities of daily living, balance function and recovery of neurological function in an effective way. Methods 78 patients were divided into two groups, namely acupuncture group and the integrated group. Results Compared to the two groups before and after treatment, the differences were significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training greatly improved the functional recovery of stroke patients, the treatment of stroke is one of the effective ways.
