半胱胺的药理作用及应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 半胱胺(Cysteamine,CS)是细胞内的组成成分,具有抗氧化功能。1976年,被第一次应用于胱氨酸病(Cystinosis)的治疗,1994年获得FDA批准。半胱胺和它的相关药物也被应用于亨廷顿病(Huntington disease,HD)、帕金森病(Parkinson’s disease,PD)和其他疾病的研究。本文搜索了相关的文献,对半胱胺的理化性质、用药剂量、药理机制和应用研究做一简要概述。
