摘要 对某一实际系统形成孤岛后的频率、电压动态和低频减载方案进行了时域仿真研究。研究了低频减载方案的设计,分析了传统的低频减载方案和两种新的半适应与自适应低频减载方案。利用PSS/E建立了该实际系统模型及上述各种低频减载模型。仿真研究了有功功率缺额扰动时的频率、电压动态特性和各种减载方案的性能,分析了影响各方案性能的主要因素,提出了改进策略。仿真研究表明该系统成为孤岛后维持频率和电压稳定的能力很低,设计良好的低频减载方案,以及在低频减载方案考虑电压的影响对系统安全稳定运行有重要意义。 Simulation in time domain of the frequency and voltage dynamic and the under frequency load shedding(UFLS) scheme on a real isolated power system is carried out in this paper. It researches the design of UFLS, analyzes traditional schemes and two new adaptive schemes, models the system and these schemes using the PSS/E software. The frequency and voltage dynamic, and these UFLS schemes are simulated and the factors that affect them are analyzed. The result indicates that the ability to maintain the frequency and voltage at a standard level is weaker after the system becomes an isolated system, and it has significance for the secure and steady operation to design a perfect UFLS scheme when considering the influence of voltage.
