摘要 "2009年确实是一个非常时期。"中国银联股份有限公司董事、执行副总裁柴洪峰感叹说。银联在2009年肩负的任务是,在消费、内需和出口这拉动中国经济增长的三驾马车中,帮助提升消费在整体结构中的比例, Although we have stepped into the post-crisis era, every CIO that CEOCIO China reporters interviewed felt great challenges when reflecting their experience in the past financial storm and economic downturn. Our reporters have spent more than half a year on visiting CIOs from over 3,000 enterprises from the Mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan and conducting onsite interviews, case analysis and researches. We found these CIOs have played a key role in protecting their companies during the crisis and have devoted their wisdom and strength to business innovation and optimization. In our stories, you will see these CIOs using IT and the Internet to overthrow the traditional value chains by breaking the barriers between production chain and commodity circulation chain on the industrial chain as well as seeking ways out for China's surplus manufacturing; realizing industry chain upgrading through industrial chain resource integration and addressing the severe commercial environment with value networks; exploring new values on the Internet and helping enterprises find new markets; further exploring client values and new businesses of enterprises; and improving efficiency and increasing profits with refined management. The 2009 China Top CIO Award also provided discussions on CIOs’ roles from IT supporting business to leading business upgrading and relationship between CEO and CIO, etc. The unique missions of CIOs at the critical time provide great value and significance for the CIO event.
