By full use of the information of evaluated indexes, the system could obtain the integrated correlation of estimated schemes through hierarchical analysis of correlation coefficients, and make the evaluation of construction schemes become more reasonable. The tool prorides an effective quantitative analysis method for decision - making of the construction schemes, and can improve the decision - making＇s objectivity and scientificalness.
