摘要
从水利工程施工方案选择的实际出发,综合应用灰色关联分析法建立一种改进的多层次灰色关联决策模型,用于水利工程施工方案的综合决策。通过对关联系数的层次化分析,得到被评价方案的综合关联度,充分利用各评价指标的信息,使得对施工方案的评价更为合理。多层次灰色关联法为水利工程施工方案的决策提供了一种有效的定量分析方法,可以辅助工程师对备选方案进行综合分析、评比并作出决策,增强了决策的客观性、科学性。
In view of the realities of construction scheme selection for a water conservancy project, we established an improved multi - level gray correlation decision - making model through comprehensive application of gray correlation analysis. By full use of the information of evaluated indexes, the system could obtain the integrated correlation of estimated schemes through hierarchical analysis of correlation coefficients, and make the evaluation of construction schemes become more reasonable. The tool prorides an effective quantitative analysis method for decision - making of the construction schemes, and can improve the decision - making's objectivity and scientificalness.
