对当代水文测验的辨证思考

随着时代的进步,当代水文测验方式与传统水文测验相比发生了较大的变化。只有从测验思想、规范标准和测验手段上加以提高和完善,才能适应社会发展的需求。成果质量是衡量水文测验的一个重要途径,如何评定成果质量和有效控制成果质量一直是水文测验人员认真思考的问题。从基本站和专用站、不同测验仪器和误差指标体系几个方面对质量评定办法进行了分析,并提出了目前控制水文测验成果质量的几个环节。

As progress of the times, contemporary hydrometry has changed greatly. In order to make the hydrometry meet the requirement of social and economic development, the measurement idea, standard, code and means should be improved. The quality of hydrometric data is an important measurement standard. How to assess and effectively control the hydrometric quality is an issue that should be seriously considered. Starting with the existed problems in the changes from traditional to modern hydrometry, we analyze the concerning and controlling links in current hydrometry for improving the quality of hydrometrical data and scientific development of hydrometry.
