朝核问题是当下国际政治,尤其是东北亚地区地缘政治中牵涉地区和全球国际安全走势的焦点、热点和难点问题之一。许多政治力量在这一地区的交织,特别是中、美、俄、日四大国利益交汇使朝鲜半岛问题日益错综复杂,其中占据主导因素的是美国残余的现实主义的冷战思维和对外战略、美国实用主义的国际法观及实践。笔者基于解铃还须系铃人的思考方法,以现代国际法为评析视角,深入探究了朝核问题形成中的美国因素,以期为朝核问题相关各方最终解决方策提供参照。

North Korean nuclear problem is a hot problem about contemporary international politics, particularly in Northeast Asia geopolitics involved in regional and global focus of international security trends. The Korean Peninsula issue becomes increasingly interwoven complexity because of many political forces in the region,especially the United States,Russia,Japan and China, the four country＇s interests converging. One dominant factor is the U. S. residual Cold War mentality of reallsm and external strategies. The concept and practice of American pragmatic international law is one important factor for the situation of North Korean nuclear issue. Based on the thinking way who started the trouble should end it,adopting modern international law perspective,the article does in-depth exploration of the the U. S. factor in the North Korea nuclear issue,providing a reference or final settlement of the North Korea nuclear issue.
