企业软实力及其形成的关键因素分析

Enterprise's Soft Power and Analysis of the Key Factor in It's Formation

企业软实力是企业核心竞争力的重要组成部分,在企业发展建设中的作用越来越重要。而企业创新能力是企业软实力的生长因子,是影响其形成的关键因素。笔者在对企业软实力的内涵和外延进行充分分析的基础上,系统研究企业软实力形成的影响因素,并利用DEA方法对关键因素的效率进行评价,找出企业软实力形成过程中存在的主要问题,为企业培育软实力提供依据。

Enterprise＇s soft power is an important component of core competence,and it is more and more important in the enterprise＇s development and construction. Enterprise innovation capacity is the growth factor and key factor of enterprise＇s soft power. The paper systematically researches the influencing factors of enterprise＇s soft power, which is based on full analysis to the connotation and extension of enterprise＇s soft power, and then we find main problems in it＇s formation through evaluating the efficiency of key factor using the method of DEA,which can provide decision-making for the cultivation of enterprise＇s soft power.
