The influx of the mass immigration has reached a new peak since World War Ⅱ ,and especially post-1965. The new tide of immigration is the result of many factors, such as the politics, economy, social change of USA and the immigration sending countries,as well as the networks and culture of immigration. New immigrants have many new and unprecedented characteristics. They are more diversified than those who entered America earlier ,and their educational level is polarized, and their geographical distributions are both clustered and dispersed.
