The Education of College Students' Career Choice Psychology and Value

大学生择业价值观是其在成长过程中形成的关于职业选择的一些比较稳定的认识、评价、态度和心理倾向。择业价值观科学评判的三条基本原则,即社会性原则、适应性原则和发展性原则。透过三种择业心理误区揭示了部分大学生择业价值观的偏差。并且提出了大学生择业价值观教育的三项策略,即加强大学生择业价值观教育要以社会主义核心价值体系为指导,加强大学生人生观、荣辱观、人才观、自我实现观教育,夯实择业价值观教育基础;以大学生择业心理引导为切入点,开展择业动机引导和择业心理调适,丰富择业价值观教育载体;以全程化择业价值观教育为总体思路,实施"多向、导向、定向、去向"教育,完善择业价值观教育模式。

This article indicates the three basic principles judging career choice value, including social principle,adaptable principle and developmental principle. Meanwhile, this article reveals the deviation of some students＇ career choice value by analyzing three types of mistakes in career choice psychology and puts forward three strategies in the education of college students＇ career choice. First, in order to enhance the education of college students＇ career choice value, basing on the socialist core value system, educators should enhance the education on the concept of life, honor and disgrace and the concept of talent and self-realization. Second,starting from the guide of college students＇ career choice psychology, educators should guide the students on the motivation of career choice and regulate students＇ career choice psychology,and at the same time enrich the carrier of the education of career choice value. Third,educators should bear in mind the entire process of education of career choice value, and carry on multi-directional,leading,orientational and targeted education, so that the mode of career choice value could be perfected.
