Application of Outlook of Scientific Development to Impel Reform and Development of Social Science Journals in Higher Institutions

高校社科学报经过百余年发展取得了长足进步,为推动学术交流和学术繁荣发展做出了不可磨灭的贡献。但从可持续发展的角度来看,目前学报仍然存在着经费短缺、众刊一面、发行量少、管理不善等发展"瓶颈"和弊端。学报必须在找准定位的前提下,实行管理体制机制变革和发展模式的创新。学报的各项改革,应以科学发展观为指导,遵循学术发展规律,走科学发展之路。

After development for more than 100 years social science journals in higher institutions have made considerable progress,which contributes immeasurably to the promotion of academic exchange and prosperity. However, from the perspective of sustainable development these academic journals still have such ＂bottlenecks＂ and drawbacks as lack of funds, one-sidedness of contents in many journals, low circulation and poor management. Academic journals in college must be predicated on the right positioning to carry out reforms in the mechanism of management system and create development patterns. Any reform of academic college must be under the guidance of the Outlook of Scientific Development, follow the development laws and develop in scientific way.
