HPLC法分析禹白芷药材的质量

Quality analysis of Radix Angelicae Dahuricae by HPLC

目的:建立禹白芷药材的含量测定方法,比较分析不同采收地、不同采收期、不同药用部位、不同采收地干燥方法制备的禹白芷药材的质量。方法:采用HPLC方法对禹白芷药材中的欧前胡素、异欧前胡素进行含量测定。色谱柱:资生堂C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(60∶40);流速:1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长:300 nm;柱温:25℃。结果:禹白芷的采收期、药用部位、产地干燥方法对欧前胡素、异欧前胡素的含量有较大的影响。结论:本方法为科学产地采收、加工干燥禹白芷提供实验依据,同时可用于禹白芷的质量评价。

Objective：To develop a method for the determination of imperatorin and isoimperatorin for analysing the contents of the two coumarins in Radix Angelicae Dahuricae under different sampling area,different harvest time,different medicinal parts and different processed method.Methods：An HPLC method was adopted to determine the contents of two coumarins in Radix Angelicae Dahuricae.Chromatographic column：Shiseido C18 column（150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）was adopted;The mobile phase was methanol-water（60∶40）,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1;The detecting wavelength was 300 nm and column temperature was 25 ℃.Results：Harvest time,medicinal parts and processed method were the major factors that influenced the contents of two coumarins.Conclusion：The method can be used to provide the experimental foundation for harvest time and the dryness of Radix Angelicae Dahuricae,and to assess the quality of Radix Angelicae Dahuricae.
