摘要
目的:建立麝香拔湿膏的定性定量方法。方法:采用薄层色谱对盐酸苯海拉明进行定性鉴别;采用气相色谱法对樟脑、薄荷脑、水杨酸甲酯、麝香草脑进行定性鉴别,并对冰片进行含量测定。采用聚乙二醇(PEG)-20M(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm)毛细管柱,柱温采用程序升温,进样口温度250℃,FID检测器,检测器温度250℃。结果:在薄层色谱中可检测出盐酸苯海拉明。用气相色谱法可鉴别出樟脑、薄荷脑、水杨酸甲酯、麝香草脑;龙脑进样量在0.14~11.16μg范围呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率(n=6)为97.8%(RSD=1.9%)。结论:本测定方法简便可行,重复性好,可用于麝香拔湿膏的质量控制。
Objective:To establish the quality and quantity analysis methods of Shexiang Bashi plaster.Methods:Diphenhydramine hydrochloride was identified by TLC;Camphor,menthol,methyl salicylate and thymol were identified and the content of Borneolum Syntheticum was determined by GC.Using NOKOL FUSED SILICA capillary column(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25 μm).The column temperature rose by programming.Injector temperature was set at 250 ℃ and FID detector with temperature was set at 250 ℃.Results:Diphenhydramine hydrochloride could be identified by TLC.Camphor,menthol,methyl salicylate and thymol could be identified by GC.Borneol showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.14-11.16 μg(r=0.9999),the average recovery(n=6) was 97.8% with RSD of 1.9%.Conclusion:The results indicate that the method is simple,accurate,highly selective and reproducible,and can be used for the quality control for Shexiang Bashi plaster.
