蚓激酶对急性脑梗死患者上肢运动功能恢复疗效的定量化评价 被引量：3

摘要 目的利用加速度记录仪定量化评价蚓激酶(百奥)胶囊对急性脑梗死患者上肢运动功能恢复的疗效。方法选择入院的脑梗死偏瘫患者40例,随机分为常规治疗组(对照组)和在常规治疗基础上加用百奥胶囊(治疗组)。分别在治疗前、治疗4周后使用Fugl-Meyer量表(FMA)评价患者上肢运动功能,应用功能独立性评定量表(FIM)评价进食、梳洗、穿脱上衣等功能,并在偏瘫侧手腕连续佩戴手表式加速度记录仪5d,评价昼间平均活动量及去趋势变化参数(dedrended fluctuation analysis,DFA)。结果治疗4周后,两组患者FMA评分、昼间活动量以及DFA参数较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),但治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论蚓激酶胶囊能有效促进脑梗死偏瘫患者运动功能恢复,加速度记录仪能够用于定量化评价脑梗死患者上肢的运动功能。
