以猪肉为主要原料,辅以玉米芯粉等制作出玉米芯粉香肠。研究采用多因素正交试验设计和产品感官质量综合鉴定的方法,优化选择了玉米芯粉香肠的最佳配方。经产品质量检验,其各项指标均符合肉与肉制品的国家标准。
The maize core powder sausage was made of pork and maize core powder as main raw materials. The optimum formula determined by multi - factor orthogonal experiment and comprehensive evaluation of sensory quality. Through quality - inspect, the various indicators of the sausage are in line with china national standards of meat and food.
