摘要
在分析电子整机三维布线工艺特点基础上,研究了电子整机三维布线的原理,简述了布线空间的预处理方法,介绍了空间干涉的检测方案,结合A*算法与动态规划,提出了一种电子整机布线路径搜索方法,以实现端口之间最优布线路径的搜索,从而完成电子整机的快速自动布线。整机模型布线实例表明,所提出的布线方法可以快速准确地完成电子整机三维自动布线。
Analyzed the characteristics of the three -dimensional(3D)wiring technology of electronic complete machine, investigated the principle of 3D wiring technology of electronic complete machine, summarized the preconditioning methods of wiring space, introduced the detecting schemes of space interference,combined the A^* algorithm with dynamic plan, a 3D space wiring method were proposed to search the most superior wiring route between two ports. Wiring instance of complete machine model indicated that the wiring method can complete the automatic wiring of electronic complete machine fast and aceurately.
