摘要 介绍了在海洋性气候条件下印制电路板组装件发生腐蚀,而影响其性能的主要原因。如何保证产品能在这种环境下长期有效地工作,就成为了研究的主题。在这一指导思想下,通过试验对目前军工类产品常用的几类三防((霉菌、湿热和盐雾))涂覆材料进行对比和采取相应的工艺处理措施,从而得出可满足恶劣环境条件下的印制电路板组件三防工艺技术。 Describe the main causes of erosion effect on printed circuit board (PCB) and their influence on PCB performance. It is important how the product can work under maritime climate condition over a long period of time. Comparison of different kinds of coating materials for the three proofings technology used on the military products have been finished by tests, and relevant processing measures have been employed during these tests. As a result, a type of processing technology of preventing mould, moisture, thermal and salt fog has been achieved. It can satisfy the requirements of PCB assemblies which are used in harsh environment.
