低温保存大鼠肝细胞外向钾电流的变化

摘要 应用全细胞膜片钳制技术观察了低温保存的大鼠肝细胞外向钾电流(Ik)的变化。结果表明,低温保存大鼠肝细胞的外向钾电流为5.04±0.82nA(n=18),大于对照组肝细胞膜电流2.85±1.21nA(n=32)(P<0.01)。 y using wholecell patch clamp method, the outward potassium current (Ik) was investigated in isolated rat hepatocytes in control and during cold storage. The current magnitude of Ik during cold storage was 5. 04±0.82 nA (n=18), which was higher than the current magnitude of 2. 85±1. 21 nA in control (P<0. 01). This result showed that the outward potassium curren was improved distinctly in isolated rat hepatocytes during cold storage.
