摘要
应用全细胞膜片钳制技术观察了低温保存的大鼠肝细胞外向钾电流(Ik)的变化。结果表明,低温保存大鼠肝细胞的外向钾电流为5.04±0.82nA(n=18),大于对照组肝细胞膜电流2.85±1.21nA(n=32)(P<0.01)。
y using wholecell patch clamp method, the outward potassium current (Ik) was investigated in isolated rat hepatocytes in control and during cold storage. The current magnitude of Ik during cold storage was 5. 04±0.82 nA (n=18), which was higher than the current magnitude of 2. 85±1. 21 nA in control (P<0. 01). This result showed that the outward potassium curren was improved distinctly in isolated rat hepatocytes during cold storage.
