Objective To strengthen medical institutions safety management of narcotic drugs and the prevention of drug abuse.Methods According to the laws and regulations of narcotic drugs and combination medical practice,to analysis safe hidden Danger of the management and develop prevention strategies.Results and Conclusion There are safety issues to the use management of narcotic drugs of out-patient in medical institutions,so it must take appropriate measures,to ensure the safe use of narcotic drugs.
