摘要
目的测定小剂量阿司匹林片对盐酸氟桂利嗪药代动力学的影响。方法5名健康志愿者随机交叉单剂量口服72mg盐酸氟桂利嗪或25mg阿司匹林和72mg盐酸氟桂利嗪后,用高效液相色谱法测定血浆中盐酸氟桂利嗪浓度,分别计算药代动力学参数。结果口服72mg盐酸氟桂利嗪或25mg阿司匹林和72mg盐酸氟桂利嗪后,主要药代动力学参数经统计学比较,2组无显著性差异。(P>0.05)。结论小剂量阿司匹林片对盐酸氟桂利嗪的药代动力学无显著性影响。
Objective To investigate the effect of low dose of Aspirin Tablets on pharmaeokineties of Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules. Methods By a random cross-over arrangement, 5 healthy volunteers received a single dose of 72mg Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules or Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules united with 25mg Aspirin Tablets. The flunarizine hydrochloride in plasma was detected by HPLC and pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated. Results After received a oral single dose of 72mg Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules or 72mg Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules united with 25mg Aspirin Tablets, the difference in pharmacokinetics was insignificant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Low dose of Aspirin Tablets did not affect the pharmacokinetics of Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules.
