摘要 介绍了混合式脉冲爆震发动机原理性试验系统及其测控单元,详细阐述了测控单元各分功能模块的硬件设计及基于PLC和触摸屏的测控与显示软件设计方法;集成该测控单元的软、硬件模块,并与混合式脉冲爆震发动机试验器联调;试验结果表明,该测控单元能够及时和准确地实现对混合式脉冲爆震发动机原理性试验流程的控制和工作参数的测量,具有操作方便,性能可靠的特点。 Introduced the principle test system of hybrid pulse detonation engine (HPDE) and its monitoring and control units, detailed the hardware design of sub-function modules of the monitoring and control unit, and the software design methods of monitoring and control and display based on PLC and Touch Panel. Integrated the software and hardware modules of the monitoring and control unit, and united debugged with HPDE tester. Experimental results showed that the monitoring and control unit was able to implement control of the principle test flow of HPDE and measurement of operating parameters timely and accurately, with convenient operation and reliable performance characteristics.
