摘要
本文分析了安徽境内石蒜属LycorisHerb.4种植物的核型,并结合有关文献探讨它们的核型变异。结果表明,乳白石蒜L.albifoliaKoidz.的核型为2n=19=3m+7st+4t+5T,属3B型;中国石蒜L.chinensisTraub.为2n=16=6m+10T,属3B型;石蒜L.radiata(L’Her.)Herb.为2n=22=4st+18t,属4A型;换锦花L.sprengeriComes.exBaker.为2n=22=2st+20t,属4A型。以上各种植物均未发现随体和次缢痕,通过核型比较,可见同种不同居群间在染色体数和核型结构上均存在较大的变异。
In the present paper, the karyotypes of 4 species of Lycoris Herb. which are native to Anhui are analyzed. The results are showed as follows: The karyotype of L. albiflora Koidz.is 2 n=19=3 m + 7 st + 4 t + 5 T, it belongs to Stebbins' (1971) 3B type; the karyotype of L. chinensis Traub. is 2 n=16=6 m + 10T, it belongs to 3B type; the karyotype of L. radiata (L' Her) Herb. is 2 n=22=4 st + 18 t,it belongs to 4A type; the Karyotype of L. sprengeri Comes. ex Baker. is 2 n=22=2 st + 20 t, it belongs to 4A type. The satellites and the secondary constritions cann't be found in the species of this paper. Based on the comparative analysis, the karyotype variations in different populations of the 4 species are discussed and it is found that the chromosome numbers and/or the karyotype are very variable in Lycoris.
