摘要
核磁共振(NMR)是一种无创伤的物理测试方法,它可以直接用于体内和体外的生物样品测定,提供分子水平的信息。正常体内含氟成分很少,测定时无本底信号干扰,因此在体内研究中引进氟代指示剂进行19FNMR研究是目前普遍采用的方法。19FNMR可以用来测定药物在体内代谢过程、胞内游离的离子如Ca2+和Mg2+、胞内pH、氧浓度或氧压力(pO2)、膜电位、组织温度。
Nuclear Magnetic Resonance(NMR) is a noninvasive method which can be directly used to study biological samples in vivo and in vitro.The information that can be obtained is on the molecular level.The high intrinsic sensitivity of 19 F for detection and lack of significant 19 F background make 19 FNMR studies an attractive strategy by introducing fluorinated indicators for in vivo studies. 19 FNMR has been used to study many physiological and biochemical indexes including metabolism of drugs containing fluorine, intracellular free ions such as Ca 2+ and Mg 2+ , intracellular pH,oxygen concentration or oxygen tension(pO 2),membrane potential,tissue temperature,blood volume and cell volume and so on.
