禁食对獭兔体温、体重和内脏器官重量的影响

Effects of Fasting,on Rex Rabbit Body Temperature,Body Weight,and the Weight of Digestive System

以健康青年獭兔为试验动物进行短期限食后复食的补偿生长试验,调查了限食后复食对獭兔的影响。结果表明,对照组的体温保持在39~40℃之间,禁食组体温在38~40℃之间;对照组的体重随饲喂时间的延长而增加;第一阶段消化系统重量对照组和禁食组差异不大,第二阶段禁食组的重量始终低于对照组。总之,禁食、复食对体温影响不大;禁食组体重相对对照组增长较慢;对消化系统重量影响不显著。

To test the effects of fasting,re-feeding on Minute Rex Rabbit body temperature,body weight and the weight of the digestive system.Twenty healthy Rex Rabbits were used in this experiment,which were 50 days old or so.Rabbits were used to be randomly divided into two groups.This experiment was divided into two phases： The first phase（1-14 days）;the second phase（15-28 days）.On the first 14 days,10 rabbits were anatomized prior to the morning feeding.On the second 14 days,10 rabbits were anatomized prior to the morning feeding.The weight of stomach,large intestine,small intestine,liver,kidney,lung,spleen,and carcass were recorded.The temperature of each rabbit and weight were recorded during the morning feeding ago（7∶30 AM） for a total of 28 full days.The results showed that,in the control group,the temperature remained at 39~40 ℃,the temperature of fasting group was floated within 38-40 ℃.The body weight of control group was increased along with the feed time.The difference of the weight of digestive system between control group and fasting group was insignificant during the first phase.During the second phase,the weight of experimental group is always lighter than control group.Body weight of fasting group is still lower than the control group;the weight of the digestive system significantly different.In conclusion,the results belong to part compensatory growth.
