猪SSC11上4个新基因的研究进展

摘要 GAS6是维生素K依赖蛋白,是包括Axl、Met及Rse等几个分子在内的酪氨酸激酶家族的配体,与细胞的存活、增殖、生长调节有密切的关系;POSTN是一种成骨细胞特异因子,对于动物细胞粘附、骨细胞的发育都有重要作用;CDC16蛋白是分裂后期刺激复合体组成成分之一,与细胞的分裂有密切的关系,EFNB2基因与血管和神经形成中起重要作用。综述了猪11号染色体(SSC11)上4个新基因GAS6、POSTN、CDC16和EFNB2的功能、结构及定位等方面的研究进展。 growth arrested-special 6 ( GAS6 ) was a new member of the vitamin K-dependent proteins, which was the ligand of a receptor tyrosine kinase including Axl, Met and Rse. It played an important role in the survive, proliferation and growth adjustment of ceil. POSTN gene played an important role in the development of bone and attachment of cell in animal, cell devision cyclin homology 16 ( CDC16 ) was one of the component of the Anaphase-Promoting Complex(ACP). It was related to the cleavage of cell of animal. ephrin-B2 ( EFNB2 ) gene played an important role in the formation of blood vessel and nerve in animal. This four genes were mapped to Sus Scrofa Chromosome 11(SSCll). the This paper reviewed the structure, location on chromosome and biological effect of these four genes.
