Livin与Caspase-9在胃癌组织中的表达及临床意义

Expression and Clinical Significance of Livin and in Caspase-9 in Gastric Carcinoma

目的为探讨Livin和Caspase-9在胃癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化染色方法检测56例胃癌组织及56例正常胃黏膜中Livin和Caspase-9的蛋白表达。结果胃癌标本Livin和Caspase-9的阳性表达率分别为68%、18%,与正常胃黏膜阳性表达率(5.4%、62.5%)比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。Livin的表达,随着胃癌病理变化进展、程度的发展,阳性表达率增高,Caspase-9的表达,随着胃癌病理变化进展、程度的发展,阳性表达率降低,两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。组织标本中Livin和Caspase-9表达呈负相关性。结论Livin和Caspase-9在胃癌的发生、发展中起着重要的作用,可能会成为胃癌的分子标志物或胃癌治疗的新分子靶点。

Objective To investigate the expression and the clinical significance of Livin and Caspase-9 in gastric carcinoma.Methods 56 cases were selected separately in gastric carcinoma and normal gastric mucous membrane in evaluate the expressions of Livin and Caspase-9 by immunohistochemical technique.Results The rate of positive expression of Livin and Caspase-9 in gastric carcinoma was seperately 68%、18%and had significant difference compared with normal gastric mucous membrane（seperately 5.4%,62.5%,P〈0.05）.The rate of positive expression of Livin gradually increased along with advancement of gastric carcinoma pathological change,while Caspase -9 gradually decreased along with advancement of gastric carcinoma pathological change and both have significant difference（P〈0.05）.The expression of Livin and Caspase-9 had negative correlation in tissue specimens. Conclusion Livin and Caspase-9 might play an important role in occurrence and development of the gastric carcinoma.They perhapes became molecule marker or new molecule target of the gastric cancer therapeutic.
