摘要
1989年Hofte和Whiteley根据氨基酸序列的同源性和杀虫谱双重标准将苏云金芽胞杆菌杀虫晶体蛋白基因划分为5类14亚类。根据双重标准出现的问题和冲突,给分类带来了困扰,为此1995年,只根据氨基酸序列的同源性进行分类。现已将基因分为21群,44亚群,64类,116个亚类。本文介绍了纳入新系统的条件、分类原则、命名方法、定名步骤和分类中值得注意的问题。
In 1989,Hofte and Whiteley devided ICPs genes into 5 classes,14 subclasses,according to amino acid sequence similarity and insecticidal specificity.The confliction between two standards made gene nomenclature complex and confused.So in 1995,nomenclature was done simply according to sequence similarity of amino acid.Now the genes is divided into 21 classes,44 subclasses,64 groups and 116 subgroups.This review introduce the criteria for inclusion in the new system,principle of the new system,the guidelines to use the new system,the steps to get a new name and some key problems we must pay attention to.
