摘要
按照GB/T5009.60—2003《食品包装用聚乙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚丙烯成型品卫生标准》的分析方法处理分析样品,在此基础上建立蒸发残渣测量不确定度的数学模型。通过分析测定过程不确定度的各种来源,计算各不确定度分量。当蒸发残渣(正己烷)的残留质量浓度为30.1mg/L时,相对标准不确定度为1.99mg/L,扩展不确定度为4.0mg/L(k=2)。
Sample pretreatment and analysis were performed according m GB/T 5009.60-2003 Hygienic standard for polypropyrene products used as food containers and tablewares in the determination of evaporation residue of polypropyrene products in contact with foodstuffs. Based on analytical data, mathematical models were developed for uncertainty evaluation for the determination. Each uncertainty component was calculated by analyzing the source of uncertainty generated during the determination steps. When the evaporation residue content (n-hexane) was 30.1 mg/L, the relative standard uncertainty was 1.99 mg/L, and the expanded uncertainty was 4.0 mg/L (k = 2).
